Shipping Policies
Domestic Shipping
- Standard domestic shipments can be sent via USPS or UPS. Rates are provided at checkout.
- UPS shipments must be delivered to a street address -- UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes
- Additional shipping charges will be incurred for any returned shipments which must be re-sent to a valid address
- Refused or unclaimed packages are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of merchandise total plus all shipping charges
If a P.O. Box address is given for an order that has UPS selected as the shipping method then, at our discretion, we may optionally ship via USPS Priority Mail instead. Additional charges may be added if the cost of shipping exceeds what was paid.
Other shipping methods may be requested if necessary, additional charges may apply. Contact us before completing
your order to if you wish to make special shipping arrangements.
International Shipping
International orders are welcome. We ship all over the globe!
- All payments for international orders are taken in US Dollars by credit card or PayPal
- Buyer is responsible for any customs/duties charges. Please know the customs policies of your country before placing an order
- Delicious LLC cannot be held accountable for any delayed delivery due to customs procedures or shipping carrier delays
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact their country's customs in the case of detained packages
- Shipping charges will be billed again for any unclaimed orders that must be re-sent
- Refused or unclaimed packages are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of merchandise total plus all shipping charges
- Customer takes full responsibility for the items we ship. We cannot be held responsible for any lost packages once they have entered the postal system
- In the event that your shipment is lost or is not delivered for any reason, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier
- We are unable to financially reimburse you for the loss, or ship replacement merchandise should USPS or your country's postal system reject your claim
- We cannot change information on your customs form to reduce fees for you
- Refunds are not available for merchandise that is returned to sender
Shipping & Processing Times
- Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Delays may occur during festival and holiday seasons.
- Orders received after 12pm will begin processing the following business day
- Holidays and scheduled store closings are not considered business days; orders are not processed during those times
- Shipping pickups happen Wednesday through Friday, excluding scheduled holidays of the UPS and USPS

You will be notified if anything is backordered or if there will be a substantial delay for any reason. If you have a strict deadline by which you need to receive your order please contact us to confirm your shipping options.
Burning Man Orders & Shipping Schedule
FINAL BURNING MAN ORDER DATES - to receive by Friday 8/26/22
To ensure that your order is received before Burning Man, order by the following dates and times. We will do our absolute best to get your order to you on time, but we cannot ensure that items ordered past these dates will get to you before the Burn. If you're leaving early, please account for this when ordering.
- IMPORTANT - We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays, so any non-expedited orders must be received by 9 AM on Thursday 8/15/22
- Wednesday, 8/24/22 by 9 AM EST - Final Order date for UPS 2nd Day Air
- Thursday 8/25/22 by 9 AM EST - Final order date for UPS Next Day Air
Orders can also be picked up at our Philadelphia store during regularly posted business hours. Call to confirm.
