Measure your hip/waist with a a flexible tailors measuring tape. Pull the tape-measure gently taught around your waist about 4 inches below your belly button.

If you like your pants a bit looser, or to allow for a little bit of breathing room, leave enough space for one finger to fit between the tape measure and your body.

Use the chart below to find the size that fits you best. These are a slim fit, so if in doubt, go up to the larger size.
