Gelareh Designs was established in 2007 in San Francisco, CA by designer and founder Gelareh Alam. Gelareh specializes in couture and one-of-a-kind boutique clothing created right here in the United States.

Gelareh Designs is a couture brand that juxtaposes strength and sensuality with fragility. Led by brand manager Loren Earle, their visionary designs come from the wellspring of individual freedom. They focus on artisanal craftsmanship, with textures of leather, silk, suede and lace combinations. Their collections utilize handmade embroidery, stitching, and tooled adornments. In addition to their seasonal collections, Gelareh creates custom hand-sewn wedding dresses for brides and bridesmaids, red carpet and special event gowns for celebrities and special clients, as well as theatrical and costume pieces for artists and performers.
